The electronic systems and the software procedures proposed for the functioning of the present web site acquires, during the course of their normal execution some personal data whose transmission is contained in Internet’s communication protocols. It is about information that is not gathered for being associated to identified interested people, but for their same nature could allow identifying the users through elaboration and association with data held by third party. Are part of this category: IP addresses or domain’s names of computers used by the users for connecting to the Web Site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the required resources, the time of request, the method used in the submission of the request to the server, the file’s dimension obtained as reply, the numerical code indicating the state of the reply provided by the server (successful conclusion, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operative system and to the IT environmental of the user. These data are used only for having anonymous statistic information and for controlling the site’s correct functioning and are preserved for the time established by Law. Data could be used for determine responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

COOKIES
Cookies are not used for personal data transmission, nor are used the so called persistent cookies of any kind, that are systems for tracking users. The use of the so called session’s cookies (that are not saved in permanent way on the user’s PC and disappear closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session’s identifications (constituted by random numbers generated by the server) necessary for allowing the safety and efficient exploration of the Web Site. On the basis of the same article it is allowed to ask for the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the processing data in Law violation, and object in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. Requests have to be done to the Data Controller to its site. The present document constitutes the "Privacy Policy" of the site.

Art. 7. Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 no. 196 – Exercise of rights to have access to personal data and other rights

  1. The user has the right to obtain the confirmation of existence of its personal data, also if not yet saved, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The user has the right to obtain the indication of the:
    1. origin of personal data;
    2. purposes and way of processing;
    3. applied logic in case of processing through electronic devices;
    4. identification of the Data Controller, of the the people designed on the basis of article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. subjects or categories to which the personal data can be communicated or that can learn about them as assigned representative in the territory of the State, of responsible or delegates.
  3. The user has the right to obtain the:
    1. updating, the modification or the integration of the data, if requested;
    2. cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the block of the processing data in Law violation, including the ones for which is not necessary the conservation in relation to the scope of the gathering or later processed;
    3. proof that activities of letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except the case in which this requirement proves or involves a manifestly disproportionate tools respect to the protected right
  4. The user has the right to object, in total or in part for:
    1. legitimate reasons, its data processing, even if pertinent to the aim of the collection;
    2. personal data processing with advertising aim or direct selling or for the market researches or for commercial communication.
